Chalet Berezka — the residence of Russian soul, food and culture in the Middle East

Chalet Berezka is a Russian restaurant on the West Rooftop of Palm Jumeirah Mall. Come for a date night with a view, a live dinner show, or karaoke with friends until early morning.

The menu is built on Russian classics — borsch, pelmeni, blini with red caviar, pirozhki from the oven, beef stroganoff, honey cake — plus Northern Russian fish delicacies, Kamchatka crab and the Josper grill.

CHEF

Evgeny is an adept at Russian cuisine, and draws inspiration from childhood memories of his grandmother's and mother's food.

If you've ever wondered who is in charge of the kitchen at our restaurant, and prepares all of these mind-blowing dishes of Russian cuisine, get acquainted!

Evgeny Belogorlov — a native of Germany and a philologist by education, in 2009 he decided to devote himself to the cooking. During this time he managed to work in Greece, Russia, England, and UAE.
