Evgeny Belogorlov – a native of Germany and a philologist by education, in 2009 he decided to devote himself to the cooking. During this time he managed to work in Greece, Russia, England, and UAE in such restaurants as "Rybka", "Poekhali", Eshak, Sass Cafe and others.
